Current Storyline : 

In the heart of a dense African woodland lies the small, remote village of Kibaya. The region has long been plagued by violence and lawlessness. The village has fallen under the brutal control of a rogue militia faction known as The Black Vultures, supported by Wagner mercenaries.

 Led by the infamous warlord Colonel Elias “Kifo” Mwamba, The Black Vultures have carved a path of destruction across the region. Recent intelligence confirms that The Black Vultures have acquired a stolen Russian nuclear warhead, which has been moved into Kibaya for a high-stakes arms deal.

 

Wagner operatives are facilitating the sale to an unknown buyer with suspected ties to international terrorism. The deal is scheduled to take place within 24 hours, making swift action critical to neutralize the threat.

FACTION MISSION OBJECTIVES:

 

UKSF / DEVGRU : 

• Direct Action: Conduct raids and assaults on militia and Wagner camps and safe houses.

•Rescue Hostages: Extract all civilian hostages. Civilians are being used as human shields—precision is critical.

•Secure the Warhead: Disarm or secure the nuclear device before it can be transferred to the buyer.

 • Leadership: Eliminate or capture Colonel Mwamba and Wagner liaison Sergey Ivanov.

CIA:

• Intelligence Gathering: Confirm the exact location of the nuclear warhead and hostages using your network of local assets and reconnaissance equipment.

 • Facilitation: Provide actionable intel to the task force, including enemy positions, patrol schedules, and potential points of infiltration.

•Sabotage: Disrupt Wagner communications and supply lines to weaken their operational capability.

•Extraction Coordination: Ensure the safe extraction of high-value civilian hostages, including Dr. Bennett, and secure any vital intelligence related to the buyer or future operations.

•Crisis Containment: Prevent international fallout by ensuring Wagner’s involvement is not directly tied to Russian interests. Maintain plausible deniability at all costs.

BV Militia [ THE BLACK VULTURES] :

•Defend the Warhead: Maintain control of the warhead until the deal is finalised.

 •Protect the Hostages: Ensure no hostages escape or are rescued by enemy forces. Their presence is critical to deterring an all-out assault.

 •Eliminate Intruders: Use the terrain, fortifications, and ambush tactics to neutralize any hostile forces attempting to infiltrate Kibaya.

 •Hold Key Locations: strategic strongholds. Prevent enemy forces from breaching these positions.

 

WAGNER MERCENARIES:

•Secure the Warhead: Oversee and defend the nuclear warhead housed in the church bunker. Ensure it remains in Wagner control until the deal is finalised.

 •Support the Militia: Act as force multipliers for The Black Vultures by providing tactical guidance, support, and precision strikes to repel any intruders.

 •Eliminate Hostile Forces: Expect UKSF and DEVGRU intervention. Neutralize their operators with lethal efficiency to preserve the warhead and hostages.

 •Protect the Buyer: Ensure the buyer’s convoy arrives safely and facilitate the transfer of the warhead. Prevent any disruption to negotiations.

 

RULES OF ENGAGEMENT:

• All personnel in the AO are considered hostile.

• Minimize collateral damage to critical infrastructure.

• Operatives are authorized to use lethal force against armed TLF personnel.

 

KEY INTELLIGENCE:

• No civilians present in the AO.
