Current Storyline :

Location: Bolívar Verde Province, Venezuela

In the aftermath of a prolonged economic collapse and internal unrest, Bolívar Verde Province has become a blind spot in Venezuelan state control. Once a vital jungle corridor feeding oil inland to coastal export terminals, the region is now effectively cut off from central authority.

What began as a series of unexplained pipeline shutdowns and “security incidents” has escalated into open conflict.

Under emergency decrees quietly authorised by senior political and energy officials, a Russian Wagner aligned private military contractor — VOLK Security Group (VSG) — was deployed to protect critical infrastructure and ensure the safe restoration of oil production. Within months, VOLK forces expanded beyond infrastructure security, seizing control of villages, transport routes, and pumping stations across the province.

Local reporting confirms that civilian populations suspected of aiding opposition groups have been subjected to violent detentions, forced displacement, and punitive security sweeps. Villages along the pipeline corridor have been cleared, occupied, or placed under constant armed patrol. Access to food, fuel, and medical aid is increasingly controlled by VSG checkpoints.

The oil pipeline remains officially “offline.”

Intelligence indicates this shutdown is a hostile takeover.

Intercepted communications and recovered documents confirm that VOLK is leveraging the disruption to force renegotiation of resource contracts, granting foreign entities long-term access to oil assets in exchange for security guarantees and political protection.

Corrupt officials and political figures are facilitating these deals for personal financial gain.

Arms and equipment are being moved into the region under the cover of infrastructure protection, consolidating VOLK’s position as the dominant military power in Bolívar Verde.

In response, a local resistance movement has emerged.

Known collectively as the Río Verde Resistance (RVR), these fighters are drawn from former military, police officers, villagers, defectors, and displaced civilians. Identifiable by red bandanas worn as a symbol of unity and resistance, RVR cells have begun launching coordinated attacks against VOLK patrols, convoys, and occupied facilities.

The resistance benefits from deep knowledge of the jungle terrain and local networks.

Western intelligence agencies have confirmed the presence of a covert special operations detachmentTask Force ATLAS — operating alongside resistance elements under strict diplomatic deniability. Officially described as an advisory presence, ATLAS teams are tasked with identifying and dismantling the corruption network underpinning VOLK’s occupation, disrupting arms movements, and targeting key personnel facilitating foreign control of Venezuelan resources.

The situation has rapidly evolved into a hybrid conflict.

Foreign contractors control the infrastructure.

Civilians are caught between occupation and resistance.

With fighting intensifying and international pressure mounting, Bolívar Verde Province now stands at the centre of a widening proxy struggle — one that will be decided on the ground.

UNIFORM & FACTION GUIDELINES

Proper uniform adherence is mandatory for team distinction, realism, and safe gameplay. Players not meeting faction requirements may be required to adjust kit before entering the field.

TASK FORCE ATLAS

 Western SOF ( TF )

Task Force ATLAS represents a covert Western special operations element operating under diplomatic deniability. Appearance should reflect a professional, modern SOF force deployed in a hostile jungle environment.

Approved Appearance:

  • Multicam uniforms - NATO : MTP / AOR ect
  • Plate carriers, chest rigs, or belts in Multicam, coyote, ranger green, or similar
  • Helmets, bump helmets, or ball caps permitted

Task Force ATLAS should be visibly distinct from all other factions.

 RÍO VERDE RESISTANCE (RVR)

Local Resistance Militia ( TF )

RVR fighters represent local resistance elements opposing foreign occupation. They are irregular, lightly equipped, and locally sourced.

 Mandatory Identifier:

  • Red bandana or clearly visible red cloth worn at all times

Recommended Attire:

  • Civilian or outdoor clothing in earth tones or dark colours
  • Mismatched and improvised appearance encouraged
  • Chest rigs, belts, or light carriers permitted
  • No clean NATO or professional military appearance

RVR fighters must look like local militia, not professional soldiers. The red identifier is essential for faction recognition.

VOLK SECURITY GROUP (VSG)

Russian-Aligned Private Military Company ( OPFOR )

VOLK Security Group represents a disciplined, professional occupying force operating under the cover of security contracts.

Approved Appearance:

  • Military or paramilitary clothing in ranger green, olive, EMR, or any Russian style camo.
  • Plate carriers or chest rigs in green, black, or mixed patterns
  • AK-platform weapons preferred but any allowed
  • Helmets or caps permitted

VSG should present as organised, uniformed, and professional, clearly distinct from resistance fighters and Western SOF.
